Packages we receive on our behalf that are below 1kg in weight are free of charge. Anything above 1kg - and up to 10 kg - carries a small service charge which will be taken from your service deposit balance.

Flexible Contracts 

We understand that modern businesses need flexibility. To accommodate the ebb and flow of your business requirements and to help you manage cash flow, we offer a variety of low-cost virtual office packages on both short-term and long-term contracts.

The minimum contract is three months. We also offer easy monthly payment option and cost-effective annual contracts - you can save as much as 25%!

If you want to bide yourself some time to decide, we recommend opting for our three-month service first. All we ask is that you give us 14-days’ notice to let us know you will not be extending the contract.

Our Pro package includes a telephone answering service, but you are welcome to customise any of our other virtual office packages and receive this service for just £8.00 a month.

The telephone answering service also comes with a number of customisable options. We have professional receptionists who will screen calls for you and answer your dedicated London 020 landline number under your company name to project the impression they work for you.

If you are busy or unable to take a call for whatever reason, we will take a message and inform you by email. Our receptionists will even answer basic questions on your behalf.
