Service Charges

Our service prices are displayed clearly when you select a desired service plan. Our online quotes include subscription fee for the selected plan for the selected period as well as one-off charges like set-up fee and initial service deposit. Auto-renewal payments include subscription fee for the selected service plan for the selected period.

Depending on your service plan, the following additional charges may be levied to your service deposit account. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

  • Set-up fee - One-off £20.00
  • Service deposit - used for mail forwarding postage & packaging and other additional services required.
    Top-up may be required when balance is low £20.00
  • Daily mail forwarding £20.00 per month
  • Additional mail forwarding £10.00 (+p&p)
  • On-demand mail forwarding (Oxford Circus and Wimbledon centre clients only) £10.00 (+p&p)
  • Mail forwarding postage & packaging at cost
  • Additional mail scanning 20p per page (minimum £1.50 per letter)
  • On-demand mail scanning (Oxford Circus and Wimbledon centre clients only) £10.00 + 20p per page
  • Package holding/storage fee Small - £5.00 per week
    Medium - £5.00 per week
    Large - £10.00 per day
    Extra-Large - £ call
  • Replacement key for mailbox £5.00
  • Additional mailbox user fee £10.00 per user per month
  • Late payment fee £25.00
