Information on service availability, help and support

We know coronavirus is a source of concern for many people right now. In order to protect our staff and customers as much as possible, we have made the following changes to our services, with immediate effect, until further notice. We are here to help you and your business get through this challenging time – in whatever way we can, and appreciate your full support in this difficult situation.

We’ll keep this page updated with information about our service availability, help and support. This information is correct at the time of writing, but keep checking back as things may change.

Service availability:
Oxford Circus - Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please call 0208 786 7200 and check before arriving as opening times may change at short notice. Or, request mail forwarding to your home or scanning.
Baker Street - Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm. CLOSED public holidays. Please call 020 7224 7008 and check before arriving as opening times may change at short notice.
Ealing - open as usual*
New Malden - 9:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Sunday*
Streatham - 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Sunday*

*We kindly request you to avoid frequent collection visits to these centres. Where possible, please avoid altogether until things get better and safer.

What happens to my post, delivered at the centre?
You need not worry. We will continue to receive all your post during this period and keep them safe for as long as needed. We advise you to request the sender for an electronic copy via email.

What happens to my package deliveries?
Whilst we take every effort to receiving your packages, due to centre closures and other possible interruptions, we recommend that you postpone such deliveries or get them delivered direct to your home address for now.

Please follow government advice, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and keep safe and well.
