OFFICE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Full-Time or Part-Time

We are looking for an energetic individual with strong personality to join the team at our Head Office in London, W1.

As an Office/Administrative Assistant, you would be making sure that day-to-day office tasks run smoothly. Duties include managing new client registrations and services to existing clients, dealing with telephone queries, client mail management, liaising with all service centres and managing meeting room & hot-desk bookings. So it’s important that you are organised, accurate and customer focussed.

Previous experience is not necessary. However, strong communication skills both verbal as well as written and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & internet are essential.
